Rev Up Your Career as a Licensed Automotive Technician. Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Vehicle Technician in the Retail industry in Dryden, Ontario.

This role requires robust technical expertise combined with excellent customer service skills to ensure high-quality workmanship and a positive customer experience.

Compensation: $40.00 hourly rate, Monday to Friday schedule, $3/hour bonus incentive tied to achievable productivity targets.

Responsibilities
Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs accurately.
Complete repair orders and review work with advisors/customers.
Conduct road tests in compliance with policy.
Collaborate with Service Advisors, management, and parts team.




Ensure unsafe vehicles are reported immediately.
Explain repairs, procedures, and recommended maintenance clearly to customers.

Qualifications
Valid Automotive Service Technician license (310S).
Valid driver’s license.
Solid knowledge of up-to-date automotive systems and technology.
Experience in a similar role (asset).
Familiarity with shop systems (e.g., CoStar) considered an asset.
