Job Role : Program Manager

Location : Toronto, Canada

Long Term Contract

- 15+ years of experience in IT and Digital Transformation, leading large-scale programs across web, mobile, cloud, AI, CRM, and customer experience platforms from strategy through execution.
- Own end-to-end program delivery, including roadmap planning, scope management, budgeting, resource allocation, governance, and executive stakeholder management across multiple workstreams.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional global teams comprising Product Managers, Architects, UX/UI, Engineering, QA, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions at scale.
- Drive Agile program execution,



managing risks, dependencies, vendor partnerships, release planning, and operational KPIs to ensure predictable delivery and business outcomes.
- Partner with business and technology leadership to define digital strategy, identify transformation opportunities, and deliver measurable customer, operational, and revenue perks..
