The Role
As the Technical Project Manager, you will be the core execution engine of our projects. You will oversee operations from start to finish, beginning with the competitive tendering stage, through detailed engineering design planning, to on-site field execution. You will work closely with our Senior Project
Engineer and act as the primary technical interface for our clients and regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Tendering: Review client RFQs/ITTs and lead the development of technical andcommercial bid proposals.
2. Project Planning & Execution: Create detailed project schedules, budgets, procurement plans,and resource allocation strategies from start to finish.
3. Technical Oversight: Provide deep technical direction on pipeline construction, asset integrity,
and fabrication works, ensuring alignment with engineering designs.
1. Client & Stakeholder Relations: Lead progress meetings, defend technical variations, and represent the company professionally to IOCs, NOCs, and subcontractors.
2. Field & amp; Team Coordination: Supervise project teams and coordinate closely with the Senior

4. QA/QC & HSE Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to ISO standards, safety protocols, and
local content regulations. Requirements & Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering or metallurgy-related disciplines.
2. 3+ years of active QA/QC experience in pipeline construction, pressure vessels, or structural fabrication.
3. Relevant certifications (e.g., CSWIP 3.1, AWS, or NACE Level 1) are a significant advantage.
4. Strong ability to read and interpret isometric drawings and welding symbols.
