Enhance mental health services as a Full Time Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse at Fraser Health in Surrey, B.C. Your focus will be on crisis counseling and community linkage.

In this critical role, you will provide recovery-oriented care and facilitate connections between community treatment services and hospitalized patients. Your contributions will help improve the mental health landscape for children and adolescents in need of immediate support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams for protected patient discharge
• Offer counseling and follow-up treatment for at-risk clients
• Serve as a resource for mental health and substance use information




• Ensure compliance through detailed documentation
• Take part in education and continuous professional development

Requirements:
• Current RN/RPN registration from BCCNM
• Two years of recent psychiatric nursing experience
• Knowledge in psychopharmacology and legislation
• Valid BC Driver’s License with vehicle access
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills
