This role is responsible for attracting, screening, and qualifying candidates for our fast-paced Rapid Track Manager in Training program. Engage in both active and passive recruiting while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and recruit manager candidates for our diverse needs
• Screen, qualify, and interview potential hires proficiently




• Conduct online and in-person passive recruiting activities
• Coordinate panel interviews and manage candidate packets
• Assist and support Recruiters in various locations

Requirements:
• 2-3 years in full cycle recruiting roles
• 2+ years experience in passive candidate sourcing
• Passion for selecting the best talent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
