You?ve got 2+ years in busy full-service kitchens and can handle the rush without breaking a sweat
You?ve led a station or run a brunch service and thought ?I could run the whole damn thing?
You?re obsessed with flavour and get stupidly excited about seasonal ingredients
You?d rather teach the new kid how to sear properly than just fix it yourself
You?re reliable, coachable, and have a fire in your belly to be great
Food Safe, ProServe, First Aid, WHMIS (or willing to get them quick)
