POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking a handyman (maintenance) for a residential building in Quebec City, AVENTURA. Are you known for your versatility, valuable manual dexterity, and solid organizational skills? Then you're the person we're looking for!

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
All other related tasks
Be available to respond to emergencies
Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
Change light bulbs in the common areas
Make service calls
Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)




Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)
Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
A working knowledge of building maintenance (Hvac, electrical, plumbing etc.)
A minimum of 1 to 5 years experience
French and English essential
