Hours of Work: Equivalent to8 hours per day, 40hours per week

Qualifications:
Minimum Grade 10 education (Grade 12 or equivalent is preferred)
Valid Fireman's Certificate is an asset but not required
Valid Driver's License
Direct experience in the caretaking field would be considered an asset
Demonstrated understanding of cleaning procedures, cleaning processes, products and equipment is preferred
General mechanical/plumbing knowledge and aptitude
Must have the ability to operate tractors, mowers, and equipment efficiently and safely
Knowledge of computers and applicable software
Knowledge of the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System

Salary & Advantages: Salary and advantages are in accordance with the currently negotiated SEIU-West Collective Agreement as listed on our website starting wage for this position is currently $23.49/hour along with a full benefit package and an employer defined pension plan.
