Operations & Logistics Intern — TradeSpace (Calgary)

TradeSpace is Canada's first co‑warehousing company — 250+ businesses run their operations out of our three Calgary locations. That means our interns don't shadow one company; they touch dozens.

We're looking for an Operations & Logistics Intern to work alongside our logistics team on fulfillment, FF&E; (furniture, fixtures & equipment) projects, and day‑to‑day warehouse operations.

What you’ll do
Ship, receive, and dispatch orders across multiple client accounts
Support FF&E; fulfillment and organization projects
Coordinate courier pickups and deliveries
Help with member move‑ins, setup, and warehouse layout changes
Keep inventory organized and reporting accurate

What you’ll learn
End‑to‑end logistics in a live, multi‑client warehouse — not a simulation




Real fulfillment platforms, courier systems, and inventory software
How to prioritize and problem‑solve when deadlines are real

Who you are
Studying Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or Operations
Reliable, organized, and eager to learn by doing
Comfortable with hands‑on, physical warehouse work
A explicit communicator who can juggle a few things at once
