Job Description

We are currently looking for an Office Clerk. This is a regular full time position located in Edmonton, AB.

This position pays between $21.60 and $24.35 per hour (depending on your

qualifications

Your responsibilities will include:
Processing the receipt of goods in the computer system (Karmak)
Validating employee hours
Tracking purchases, billing, customer accounts,



and cash balancing
Paying suppliers and making deposits
Preparing sales reports as needed
Performing various clerical tasks (filing, data entry, photocopying, etc.)

Qualifications

To join our team, you need:
A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
Knowledge of purchase tracking, billing, customer accounts, and cash balancing
Robust attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
Proficiency with computer systems and office software
