We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a high-performing team supporting enterprise banking initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications:

8+ years of Business Analysis experience

Robust Banking/Financial Services domain experience (Recent experience is mandatory)

Hands-on experience with Wealth Management projects

Robust knowledge of JIRA and Agile/Scrum methodologies

Experience gathering business requirements, writing user stories, and working closely with stakeholders and development teams

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:
Experience working on large-scale enterprise banking transformation projects
Robust documentation and process modeling skills
Experience collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams
Recent Banking client experience is mandatory.
Candidates with multiple short-term projects or frequent job changes will not be considered.
Must be able to work in a hybrid onsite model in Mississauga, ON.
