DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct and coordinate daily coffee shop activities to ensure smooth operations, efficient service delivery, and a positive customer experience.
Participate in the hiring process, provide onboarding and workplace guidance, and assess employee performance to support service excellence and operational goals.
Address customer concerns and service‑related issues promptly, ensuring a welcoming environment and adherence to workplace health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Monitor stock levels of beverages, food products, ingredients, packaging materials, and equipment, and arrange replenishment to support uninterrupted operations.
Establish and maintain service procedures, product presentation standards,



and operational practices to promote consistency and customer satisfaction.
Review operational results, staff productivity, and customer feedback, and implement measures to improve service quality, efficiency, and overall business performance.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level: At least Graduate of Two year diploma equivalent
5+ years in professional coffee industry
Language Requirements: English
