About the role: Team Leader The Team Leader will be responsible for leading and supervising store associates , providing guidance and support to maintain high productivity and morale. You will manage store merchandising , oversee shelf stocking , and handle boxing and unboxing daily shipments to keep shelves well-stocked and visually appealing.
In this role, you will implement visual merchandising standards based on company strategy, address customer complaints promptly, and ensure store safety and cleanliness . You will also perform cash management , store opening and closing duties, participate in inventory processes, and support employee training and performance evaluations .
