Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Provide operational oversight and ensure the delivery of safe, high‑quality care and services.

Required Qualifications

Eligible for registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse.

Proven leadership (3+ years) experience in long‑term care or healthcare management.





Strong knowledge of clinical standards, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement processes.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage staff, residents, families, and stakeholders.

Experience in managing budgets, contracts, union relations, and service partnerships.

A commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.

Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications

Experience with innovative care models or approaches to elder care; familiarity with LEADS capabilities (Lead Self, Engage Others, Achieve Results, Develop Coalitions, Systems Transformation).
