In This Role You Will Be Responsible For Develop and maintain positive client relations
Carry a positive demeanor and outlook in client management and service
Collaborate with Underwriters daily and maintain strong relationships
Review property appraisal reports and identify recommendations
Handle E-Docs/Renewal lists
Manage client policy renewals and re-market existing clients when necessary
Process outstanding payments and banking information changes
Transact and invoice agency bill policy
Follow up on abeyances daily
Quote policy changes through CQ and company portals




Assist Account Executives with renewals, policy changes and new business
Problem solve and use appropriate judgment when assessing risk or issues
Qualifications 1 to 2 years’ experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager / CSR
Excellent customer service, communication and computer skills with Microsoft Office experience
Ability to work as part of a team and work well under pressure
Superior organizational, verbal and written communication skills
RIBO License (required)
