About the Role RE/MAX Crest Realty is seeking a dynamicMarketing Managerto lead our marketing initiatives, strengthen brand awareness, and drive strategic growth. This role is ideal for a creative and results-oriented marketing professional with a passion for real estate and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, support agent success, and generate high-quality leads
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaigns, audience targeting, and positioning strategies
Oversee listing promotion across all platforms: ensure consistency and quality in photography, videography, signage, and digital presence
Manage the company’s website, email campaigns, and digital advertising to maximize engagement and conversion
Plan and coordinate community events, open houses, and promotional campaigns that support both corporate goals and agent initiatives
Produce and maintain high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, newsletters, video content, and social media assets




Collaborate with the leadership team and agents to align marketing activities with overall business goals
Liaise with vendors and creative partners to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of all marketing projects
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, generating monthly reports with actionable insights
Lead brand communications, including press releases, award announcements, and community outreach
What You Bring 2–3 years of marketing experience
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools
Exceptional writing, editing, and content creation skills
Experience with marketing analytics, CRM platforms, and campaign reporting
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or a related field
