We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and expand our presence across Eastern Ontario. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, growth-focused environment and enjoys building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound leads
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Conduct on-site assessments to understand client requirements
Prepare and present customized sales proposals and quotes
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals




Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments
Qualifications Proven B2B sales experience (construction or industrial sector experience is an asset)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing your own schedule
Willingness to travel throughout GTA
Valid driver’s license
Bonus Points Industry-specific experience in coatings, concrete, or industrial services
Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person sales visits
Technical understanding of construction or flooring products
