We are looking for a full-time Entry Level Sales Manager who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. You'll be out and about, leading by example in conversations and showing your sales team exactly how it's done. Our Entry Level Sales Manager will become the person our sales team looks to when they need guidance, and they’ll always be right there with them.

As an Entry Level Sales Manager, you get to learn the ropes by doing the work, then level up by teaching the sales team how to do it even better. Our skill development for this role is built to make our Entry Level Sales Managers sharp: product knowledge, convo skills, objection handling, the whole package. Once you're crushing your own sales, you’ll start leading and overseeing the sales team directly.

Key Duties of the Entry Level Sales Manager
Directly, help oversee customer sales activities by guiding households through Internet, TV, and home phone service options.
Create engaging customer experiences that encourage informed purchasing decisions and support long-term sales growth.




Assist with organizing customer enrollments and verifying service selections to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Recommend bundled communication services that maximize value while contributing to overall sales performance.
Maintain robust customer relationships by providing responsive service and personalized support throughout the buying process.
Coordinate with your sales team members to achieve daily sales goals while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
