Performs minor electrical, plumbing and carpentry maintenance and repair duties such as changing fuses, troubleshooting thermostats, snaking drains and replacing hardware, repairing/replacing receptacles, ballasts, switches, fans, taps, toilets, sinks , repairing/ replacing water lines, routine repairs to appliances, equipment and HVAC systems
Ability to read, write and communicate in English. Issue Purchase orders to Contractors/Supplier
Will be required to be on-call for one week every fifth/sixth week to respond to emergency repairs as well as calls requiring emergency services (police, fire)
Ability to maintain valuable communications, tact, diplomacy and effective relations with staff, tenants, contractors, and suppliers




Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must provide own hand tools
Excellent organizational. time management skills and ability to multitask.

Note: work vehicle, cell phone, small power tools provided.
