Superintendent - Industrial / Distribution Centre Construction

Location: Regina, SK (Travel/FIFO Considered)

A well-established Western Canadian general contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the construction of a major industrial distribution centre project in Regina, Saskatchewan.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a large-scale build (100 sq ft) valued at approximately $25M, overseeing site operations from construction through completion. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving schedule, safety, quality, and subcontractor performance on a landmark project.

Responsibilities
Lead all day-to-day site operations and field activities.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.
Enforce safety standards and promote a strong safety culture.
Manage site logistics, sequencing, and workforce planning.
Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews.
Ensure quality standards are met throughout all phases of construction.




Work closely with project management to resolve site challenges and maintain project objectives.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Superintendent on large commercial, industrial, warehouse, distribution centre, or similar complex construction projects.
Demonstrated success delivering projects valued at $20M+.
Robust leadership and communication skills.
Thorough understanding of construction scheduling and site coordination.
Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors in a fast-paced setting.
Ability to travel or work on a FIFO basis if required.
