We’re looking for a creative, people-focused communicator to join our team as a Technology Adoption Analyst /Digital Experience Specialist.

In this role, you’ll turn complex ideas into explicit, engaging content that helps people understand and confidently use digital tools. From designing awareness campaigns to creating easy-to-follow resources, you’ll play a key role in how new services are introduced across the organization. Working closely with teams and stakeholders, you’ll help make technology feel accessible, relevant, and genuinely useful.

Two-year Diploma in Information Technology, Business, or Communications (foreign education must have Canadian equivalency certification).

Five years of experience within an enterprise information technology environment in the field of technology adoption, instructional design, technology training or related field.

Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver impactful training materials and services to optimize the use of technology and generate business value.
