We are looking for professionals committed to their growth and interested in long-term work in the industry as Farm Technicians in highly modernized facilities.
Note: This position is as an OPERATOR, not a supervisory role.
Main Responsibilities: Artificial insemination
Farrowing assistance
Animal treatment
Castration and tail docking of piglets
High-pressure facility washing
Activity and treatment record keeping
Movement of adult animals
Manual feeding of animals Working Conditions: Usual work hours: 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Average of 90 to 100 hours per biweekly pay period
One day off per week
Work locations: various farms in states such as Ontario, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Quebec among others

Requirements To be eligible for this position, a TN work visa for Canada is required. Therefore, it is essential to meet the following requirements:
Be of Mexican nationality
Hold a university degree and professional license in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field
Possess a Mexican passport valid for at least 1 year

Excellent physical condition for demanding work between 8 to 12 hours a day
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions

Conditions and Benefits Compensation and benefits vary depending on your professional experience, English proficiency level, and the state where the farm is located.
Hourly wage: between $17.00 and $20.00 CAD
