What You'll Be Doing You'll be our first impression for a wide range of businesses — answering their calls, taking messages, and helping callers with professionalism and empathy. It’s all inbound (no cold calls), and fully guided with scripts and support.

You’ll start with 4 weeks of hands-on, in-office training at our Kingston location. After that, you can stay on-site or work from home — whichever fits your lifestyle best.

Please note that this role does include regular evening and weekend shifts including holidays as part of the schedule. We want to be upfront so you know what to expect—if evenings and weekends don’t work for you, this would not be the right fit and no need in applying.

The Must-Haves
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Able to work in-person in Kingston for your first 4 weeks (some daytime shifts)
- Must be available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts (after initial training)
- Typing speed of 40+ wpm
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Quiet, distraction-free private home workspace with hardwired high-speed internet (for remote work is a necessity )
- 1+ year of customer service experience is a bonus
- Office administration degree or Experience in Office Admin or call centre experience? Even better!
