Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities:

- Carry out site surveys and inspections (notes, photos, details) and write or validate the associated reports;
- Write the technical component of the mandates for the professional services required for the project and validate the engineering deliverables produced by the firms;
- Perform technical calculations, schematics and details;
- Produce complete and detailed engineering plans and specifications;
- Define components and record the required material list and order slips;
- Provide technical support during the execution of works and commissioning and participate in the development of deployment plans;
- Ensure that inventory systems and overall schematics of the telecommunications network are updated Assist, as needed, the project manager in establishing the project schedule by identifying issues and technical dependencies affecting the project;
- Participate in the drafting of standards and technical guides for the implementation of best practices within the company;
- Participate in the technical aspect of the homologation and acquisition process of new equipment;
- Provide technical and operational support in the event of network outages;
- Guide operating practices to ensure continuity of services;




- Technically support network planning and architecture activities;
- Develop the parameterization of telecommunication equipment, ensure the compliance of configurations and supervise changes in network configurations as well as production release strategies.

The profile we are looking for is as follows:

- Participate in the drafting of standards and technical guides for the implementation of best practices within the company;
- Participate in the technical aspect of the homologation and acquisition process of current equipment;
- Be able to offer technical and operational support in case of network outages;
- To be able to guide operating practices to ensure continuity of services;
- Effectively support network planning and architecture activities;
- Develop the parameterization of telecommunications equipment, ensure the compliance of configurations and supervise changes in network configurations as well as production release strategies;

This position requires working primarily in French, while requiring a functional command of English for daily tasks. This English proficiency is essential to understand documentation and ensure professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada.
