We are looking for a temporary part-time receptionist to join our awesome orthodontic practice.

The position is for 2 days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) for a period of approximately 1 month.

An ideal candidate would be someone with excellent people skills, a desire to learn, and a solid work ethic. We have a fun and fast paced office that is looking for an individual willing to learn and grow with our team. Previous orthodontic/dental experience is preferred, but not required.

What we're looking for:

- An individual who likes working as a team player and desires a positive and upbeat work environment
- An individual that can multitask efficiently, learn promptly, and communicate effectively
- Someone comfortable with learning a new computer software

Responsibilities:

- Dental Receptionist duties including answering the phone, emails and scheduling patients
- Call prospective patients referred to the clinic
- Post charges & payments and adjustments
