Reporting to the Manager of Professional Conduct, you will manage the administrative tasks crucial for the department's smooth functioning. Key responsibilities include coordinating the Investigation and Disciplinary Committees, managing membership communication, preparing meeting materials, and processing invoices. Your collaboration will contribute directly to the effectiveness of the Professional Conduct department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate department filing activities and manage electronic files
• Book meeting spaces and finalize agendas and materials
• Prepare payments for committee-related expenses
• Maintain Contact Information Roster and Committee portal updates
• Conduct research for ethics checks and respond to requests
Requirements:
• Over three years of experience in Program Coordination or Legal Support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
