Responsibilities
Maintain the TestRail platform, ensuring it aligns with organizational QA workflows and project milestones.
Manage user access, define global roles (e.g., Lead, Tester), and configure security protocols like Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) or SSO (Azure/Google).
Create recent projects, design custom test case templates, and set up custom fields to ensure consistent data collection.
Orchestrate connections between TestRail and external tools such as Jira, Selenium Grid, Jenkins, or CI/CD pipelines to enable end‑to‑end traceability.
Generate quality metrics and status reports (e.g., Property Distribution, Summary for References) to help stakeholders track release readiness.
Perform health checks, patch management, backups, and audit logging for Server installs to maintain system reliability.
