The Major Gifts Development Officer works closely with the Development team to enhance philanthropic support through a robust relationship management framework. You will be tasked with developing strategic plans for engaging prospects, ensuring recognition of contributions, and overseeing donor inquiries. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are necessary to thrive in this team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and advance a portfolio of major gift prospects
• Create and implement donor cultivation strategies




• Collaborate with team members to reach fundraising targets
• Prepare informative fundraising materials and updates
• Ensure timely documentation and recognition of donors

Requirements:
• University degree or significant fundraising experience
• At least five years in relationship management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Raiser's Edge
