Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Delphix Data Masking Engineer with strong expertise in

Delphix Masking and

IBM Mainframe (z/OS)

technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise data masking solutions for non-production environments while ensuring compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards. The role requires hands-on experience with mainframe databases, test data management, and data privacy frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain

Delphix Data Masking solutions for non-production environments.

- Perform data discovery, profiling, classification, and masking of sensitive data, including

PII, PCI, PHI, and confidential business information

.

- Configure and manage

Delphix masking jobs, environments, connectors, and compliance policies

.

- Develop and support test data provisioning, cloning, subsetting, and refresh processes.

- Work with

IBM Mainframe z/OS technologies, including

DB2, VSAM, IMS DB/DC, COBOL file structures, and JCL

.

- Analyze complex data relationships and maintain referential integrity across applications.

- Collaborate with application, QA, security,



and infrastructure teams to meet test data requirements.

- Troubleshoot masking failures, data quality issues, and performance-related problems.

- Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies and regulatory standards such as

GDPR, PIPEDA, HIPAA, and SOX

.

- Prepare technical documentation and provide ongoing production support for data masking solutions.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with

Delphix Data Masking

.

- Experience implementing enterprise data masking and test data management (TDM)

solutions.

- Strong knowledge of

IBM Mainframe z/OS technologies:

- DB2 for z/OS

- VSAM

- IMS DB / IMS DC

- JCL

- COBOL File Structures

- Experience with data profiling, data classification, masking rule design, and synthetic data generation

.

- Positive knowledge of

SQL and relational databases

.

- Strong understanding of referential integrity and data relationships.

- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance frameworks

, including

GDPR, PIPEDA, HIPAA, and SOX

.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
