As Ticket & Season Pass Manager, you’ll lead a front-line team, keep operations running smoothly, and help shape how guests start their day on the mountain.

What This Season Looks Like

You’ll guide a seasonal team through a busy, exciting period — setting the tone, building confidence, and keeping things positive and focused.

- Coach, support, and motivate your team to deliver standout guest experiences
- Jump in during peak times and lead from the front
- Keep everyone aligned through quick huddles, feedback, and clear direction
- Be the go-to for problem-solving and support in real time

Keep the Experience Running Smoothly You’ll own the day-to-day flow of the Ticket & Season Pass Office, making sure things run efficiently even when it’s busy.

- Keep operations streamlined in a high-volume environment
- Spot opportunities to improve the guest experience and act on them quickly
- Work closely with marketing to bring seasonal campaigns and promotions to life
- Ensure your team has simple, clear processes and the tools they need to succeed
- Stay adaptable — no two days are the same, and that’s part of the fun

Make a Real Impact Behind the Scenes Beyond the front line, you’ll help drive results and keep everything connected.

- Track ticket and pass sales and look for ways to improve performance
- Support strong processes that protect revenue and reduce errors
- Collaborate with teams like IT, Finance, and Marketing to keep everything running smoothly




- Play a key role in seasonal initiatives like early pass sales and promotions

What You Bring You don’t need to have done this exact job before — but you do need to be someone who shows up ready to lead, learn, and make things happen.

- Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- A natural ability to connect with people and build a positive team vibe
- Strong communication and organization — you can keep things moving when it gets busy
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and confidence thinking on your feet
- Comfort with systems (POS, Microsoft Office, etc.) and picking up new tools quickly
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience is a bonus
