Responsibilities

- Measure and prepare surfaces accurately for tile installation using blueprint reading skills.
- Cut, shape, and lay tiles with precision using hand tools and carpentry techniques.
- Mix and apply mortar, grout, and caulking to secure tiles and ensure a clean finish.
- Read construction plans and blueprints to determine layout and design specifications.
- Install flooring tiles in various settings, including kitchens, bathrooms, and commercial spaces.
- Use hand tools effectively to perform tasks such as cutting, leveling, and sealing tiles.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure safety standards are maintained throughout each project.

Requirements

- Proven experience with construction work, especially flooring installation and tile laying.
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as saws, trowels, levels, and caulking guns.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret construction plans.
- Robust knowledge of tile installation techniques and materials.
- Experience with carpentry or handyman work is a plus for versatile project support.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure precise measurements and flawless finishes.
- Physical stamina to stand, kneel, lift heavy materials, and work in various environments for extended periods.
