The Senior Wine Associate plays a key leadership role in delivering elevated, educational, and memorable guest experiences.

This position supports team development, drives wine education initiatives, and represents the estate both on-site and beyond.

Qualifications 3+ years front-of-house winery or hospitality experience (winery retail preferred) WSET, Sommelier certification, or equivalent formal wine training Strong knowledge of wine, with a passion for cool-climate expressions Proven ability to lead by example in a guest-focused setting Duties & Responsibilities Deliver exceptional, engaging, and educational wine experiences for guests Conduct structured tastings, including media and industry sessions Train, mentor, and support Wine Associates,
