Location Ottawa Language English Required Security Clearance Secret Security Clearance Required We are seeking a Level 3 Telecommunication System Specialist for an Ottawa-based position from August 2026 to July 2027 .

Candidates must hold a SECRET security clearance and have at least 10 years of experience as a Telecommunication System Specialist, including a minimum of three years within the last five years working with Type I Encryption and using Tactical Data Links, radio systems, and network components within secure and unsecure environments .

Candidates must also demonstrate at least eight years of experience analyzing telecommunications system discrepancies and deficiencies, recommending cost-effective solutions,



and proposing changes to equipment and technical specifications.

Additional experience is required in preparing planning and procurement documentationincluding technical specifications, plans, drawings, standards and statements of workreviewing telecommunications components and associated documentation, supporting interface and facility ancillary items, participating in design, technical and management reviews, monitoring and reporting on progress and potential issues, and conducting telecommunication system integration testing and evaluation .
