We are currently seeking a Project Administrator to join our Operations team.
This is a process-driven, high-volume administrative role.
Day-to-day, you will execute the same core tasks repeatedly and with precision preparing, submitting, tracking, and documenting change orders to keep the program running efficiently and in alignment with contractual requirements.
Pay rate: $30.00 per hour Location: Surrey, BC Job Type: Full Time Responsibilities Set up and maintain contract and project folders, ensuring accurate document control and version management Track, analyze and report project progress to appropriate managers and/or customers Provide general day-to-day administration and support to the Operations team Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on current and future projects, reporting, allocations, and other departmental requirements Coordinate travel arrangements,
appointments, and meeting logistics including agendas and minutes Maintain corporate credit cards, personal expenses, receipts, vacation requests, and other required documentation Administer daily timesheets including coding, obtaining approvals, and submitting to payroll Set up, review, code, and track all purchase orders and non-PO transactions Prepare and submit various job billings in a timely and accurate manner Create, update, and maintain project schedules Perform other duties as required, requested, or assigned Skills & Abilities Skilled and collaborative when working with internal teams and external partners Comfort with repetitive, process-driven work done at high volume High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting Ability to organize and prioritize work in a rapid-paced environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring tasks efficiently over sustained periods Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/project tracking systems is an asset Willingness to learn industry-specific processes, including power line construction and utility operations (training provided) Education, Training & Experience Minimum 1-3 years of office or administrative experience, ideally in data entry, change order management, or process-driven roles Experience in the utilities or construction industry is considered an asset
