Job Title: Senior Analyst - Campaign Execution Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite) Duration: + Months This is a hybrid/technical role where we collaborate with Marketing, Product and Channel partners to help drive business results.

In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation of data-driven client treatments including direct marketing, triggers as well as other client communications.

Primary Responsibilities: Collaborate with key business stakeholders within Personal & Commercial Banking and Insurance to design, build and deploy data-driven client treatments Evolve and optimize campaign test & learn design and build to ensure alignment to business and marketing objectives Automate evergreen campaigns Migration of existing campaigns from SAS to a new platform.

Responsible for quality assurance to ensure the campaign requirements accurately match the design and build Ensure corporate reputation is maintained by adhering to all best practices, privacy & legal guidelines, data stewardship and governance policies Must-have: Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics or related field + years of experience in a data analytical role:



Analytical programming languages (, SAS, SQL, Python) Experience with various data housing environments ( Teradata, Unix, Data

Lake, cloud) Ability to combine business acumen with technical expertise to deliver targeted campaigns on behalf of our business stakeholders Agile mindset with the ability to think creatively to solve complex problems Self-motivated, strong communication skills, attention to detail Nice-to-have: Experience in the financial services industry, including understanding of marketing Strong desire to learn recent tools and try new concepts that evolve and optimize current processes Experience in campaign design and delivery (test & learn design, statistical significanceetc) Mindlance is an equal opportunity employer.
