Job Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Stewarding team at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise.

As Stewarding Coordinator , youll play a key role in organizing team schedules, tracking labor and records, supporting recruitment and training, and ensuring efficient back-of-house operations.

Job Duties Include: Create weekly schedules and enter into our WATSON system Review and manage candidates in the Talent Acquisition System (Smart

Recruiter) Create Employee Action Forms: hiring, change of status, and terminations Maintain the Kitchen office filing system, including employee files, performance logs and performance appraisals Update spreadsheets pertaining to hiring, schedules, and payroll Ensure a clean and safe working environment, and actively participate in health and safety initiative Qualifications Strong business communication skills (composing faxes, letters) required Must be highly skilled with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Previous experience with recruitment an asset.

Selfmotivated, with the ability to make effective decisions Demonstrates initiative, and the ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision You may be required to work on holidays, weekends, overnights and other non-day shifts.
