THE ROLE You will manage a diverse clientele of private companies and non-profit organizations and will be responsible for the planning, supervision, and review of audit, review, and compilation engagements.

In this role, you will be responsible for: Supervising, coaching, and developing a small team of professionals; Acting as a trusted advisor to clients; Presenting financial statements and addressing client needs; Reviewing the Corporate tax returns as needed; Monitor engagements, deadlines, and profitability; Contribute to business development and the continuous improvement of the firm''s practices; Play a key role in the quality of services and deliverables.



THE DESIRED PROFILE CPA auditor; 8 to 10 years of experience in assurance within a firm; ; Solid experience in auditing, review, and compilation; Experience in management and supervision Teamwork; Good knowledge of accounting and assurance standards; Experience in corporate taxation; Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills; Proficiency in Case
