About the Role We are currently hiring a Shipping Office Coordinator / Transportation Coordinator for one of our clients-a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions operating in over 100 countries.

This distribution facility handles high-demand consumer products, including protein bars, energy drinks, baby food, and household items.

This is a long-term prospect with strong potential to convert to a permanent full-time role.

Location: 401 and Mavis Road, Mississauga, It is a full-time onsite position Pay Rate: $20-$22 /hour depending on the experience + 4% vacation pay Shifts Available: Monday-Friday - 3:30 PM-12:00 AM Key Responsibilities Ensure smooth and timely flow of freight and related documentation Accurately enter data into operational systems Track and trace transportation files and prepare reports Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely freight clearance when required Communicate with customers to arrange shipments and meet service standards Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors Respond promptly to internal and external emails and requests Meet KPI standards in accordance with company policies and procedures Understand customer procedures and maintain updated internal DLSOPs Escalate issues to management when necessary Requirements: Qualifications & Skills Proactive with strong organizational skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Fluent in English (verbal and written) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly to achieve positive outcomes Positive attitude and willingness to help Qualifications: Apply today and take the next step in your logistics and transportation career with Armor People Link.
