Mentor, coach, and support Veterinary Technicians to encourage professional growth, confidence, and clinical excellence Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency and specialty veterinary hospital setting Partner with hospital leadership to improve workflows, efficiency, and patient outcomes Support team members during complex, critical, and high-stress cases Help foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative workplace culture Assist with onboarding, training,
