Lead frontend technical design, including component architecture, state management, and API integration patterns.

Ensure applications meet performance, security, accessibility (WCAG), and browser compatibility standards.

Write clean, maintainable, and welldocumented code; conduct and participate in code reviews.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive, polished, and usercentric experiences.

Work closely with backend, Dev

Ops, and cloud platform teams to support endtoend delivery.

Identify and remediate technical debt; continuously improve development standards and practices.

Provide technical mentorship and guidance to intermediate and junior developers.

Support production releases and contribute to incident resolution and rootcause analysis when required.

Strong expertise with Java

Script/Type

Script, PHP, HTML5, and CSS3.

Deep handson experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue (React preferred).

Proven experience building componentbased architectures and consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.

Solid understanding of web performance optimization, security best practices (OWASP), and accessibility standards.

Experience with modern build tools and ecosystems (e.g., Webpack, Vite, npm/yarn, CI/CD pipelines).

Strong debugging, problemsolving, and analytical skills.





Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.

Have Experience working in large, enterprise or regulated environments.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Exposure to backend technologies (Node.js, Java, .NET) and microservices architectures.

Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).

Knowledge of design systems and enterprise UX standards.

Prior experience leading or owning frontend technical strategy on major initiatives.
