Overview: A well-established outdoor-living company is looking for a skilled Builder/Carpenter to join its Calgary installation team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on construction, takes pride in quality craftsmanship and wants to see custom projects come together from beginning to end.

Youll install premium outdoor structures at residential and commercial properties throughout Calgary and the surrounding area.

Projects include patio enclosures, pergolas, louvered roofs, screen rooms and retractable screen systems.

This is a long-term position offering continuous training, additional earning potential and the opportunity to eventually lead your own installation crew.

What you will be doing: Install custom patio enclosures, pergolas, louvered roofs, screen rooms and retractable screens Read and work from drawings, measurements and installation plans Measure, cut, assemble and install components accurately Load, transport and organize tools and materials Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Maintain a clean, organized and professional job site Communicate professionally with homeowners and commercial customers Identify and resolve installation challenges while maintaining quality standards Train and support less-experienced crew members when required Work closely with the Project Manager to keep projects on schedule Complete installations in accordance with safety, quality and customer-service expectations What you must have:



Journeyperson Carpenter preferred; qualified 3rd or 4th-year apprentices will also be considered Previous carpentry, construction or installation experience Ability to interpret drawings, plans and measurements Strong practical knowledge of hand and power tools Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship Valid drivers licence and reliable transportation Solid communication and teamwork skills Comfortable interacting with customers at their homes or businesses Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly Comfortable working from ladders and scaffolding using appropriate safety equipment Willingness to work outdoors in changing weather conditions Crew leadership or mentoring experience is an asset Qualified independent contractors with a complete setupincluding a suitable vehicle, tools and insurancemay also be considered.

Salary/Rate Range: $25$35 per hour, based on experience Other Information: Schedule Monday
