Top must have skills: 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), Human Capital Management (HCM), ERP Human Resources, or comparable cloud HR platforms. 3 to 5+ years of Dynamics 365 Human Resources (ElevateHR or comparable HR application experience could be considered) including functional support, configuration, implementation, enhancement, or sustainment activities.

Experience in a post-implementation sustainment environment, including level-two functional support Nice-to-haves: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources, Finance and Operations, Power Platform, or related Microsoft certification is preferred.





Human Resources professional designation such as Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR), or equivalent, is considered an asset.
