Hello! We are a family based in Centreville, Nova Scotia, looking to hire a reliable and friendly nanny for the upcoming summer season.

We need someone who can provide part-time care specifically for the summer, potentially into September.

Our primary requirement is for someone skilled in looking after school-aged children.

We are seeking a live-out nanny who can help create a nurturing and fun workplace for our kids during the summer months and not just rely on video games.

They love to be outdoors, and we have a large property to explore but need a little encouragement to disengege.

We are a neurodivergent friendly and supportive family.

In addition to childcare, we appreciate assistance with light housekeeping to help keep our home tidy and welcoming, such as cleaning windows, central vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, wiping surfaces, and general tidying.

Meal preparation that includes healthy and kid-friendly options is also a part of this role.

Fresh a few times a week, and getting it ready is an easy step-by-step process.

Lastly, if you love animals, you''ll fit right in, as pet care is also a key part of the job (3 dogs need lunch daily).

We also have cats, bunnies, fish, and a gecko.

We are looking for someone on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 AM to 4:30 or 5 PM. I come home at lunch and can relieve you for an hour break each shift.

This is a non-smoking, non-drinking, and non-drug household.

We offer $25 per hour for this position.
