I''m hoping to hire an home helper to help my parents during the week at the cottage available in Dorset, Ontario. I need someone from Mondays from 10-4 and Tuesday to Friday from 2-5pm.

No evenings or weekends.

Service Requirements: Our cottage requires help with ''just being there''.

Neither of my parents needs true ''personal care'' but they need someone that can help with grocery shopping, loading & unloading, housekeeping, laundry and some ironing.

They are older and not able to walk & carry things easily.

Someone to be around to help with whatever might be needed, but not ''underfoot'' .

You must have a have a drivers license.

We do NOT need a licensed practical nurse as there is no medical aspects to the job.





The are mentally 150% fine, it is just the physical aspect.

My dad does use a cane to help steady himself, but has no physical strength to really do things.

My mom has back issues so she needs to be very careful with what she does.

My parents are not old, my dad is 834and my mom is 80 and they are young, just physical imitations.

Basically it is an easy job for someone, just not for my mother.
