Office Administrator - Investment Company Location: Burlington, ON Experience Level: 02 years (New grads welcome!) The Opportunity: Learning & Growth In this role, you won''t just be doing data entryyou will be learning the ins and outs of investment administration from the ground up.
Working directly alongside an established Fund Administrator, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship.
This role is designed to expand your skills in financial operations, regulatory compliance, and client relations, setting a strong foundation for your career growth.

Manage Data: Coordinate and verify investor information, ensuring internal systems and records are highly accurate.
Build Compliance Skills:
Assist with preparing regulatory filings, learning the standard procedures of the investment industry.
Connect with Clients: Act as a first point of contact for advisor enquiries, helping them with questions about funds, portfolios, and distributions.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Support the investments, finance, sales, and operations teams with daily operational matters.
Coordinate Team Events: Help organize internal team events, staff gatherings, and client meetings to support our great office culture.
Keep Things Moving: Help leadership with various tasks, manage expense reports, and ensure common areas are organized and well-stocked.
Who you are: An Eager Learner: You have a post-secondary degree/diploma or 02 years of administrative experience. A background or interest in finance, investment, or accounting is a major plus! Detail-Oriented: You take pride in accuracy and love spotting details that others might miss.
Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable learning new software and have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (you know your way around a spreadsheet). A Team Player with Initiative: You enjoy working as part of a team but are also resourceful and comfortable taking ownership of your tasks as you learn the ropes.
