Hello, I am looking for someone to care for my father in the evenings, ideally every week day from 4:00pm-10:00pm and on weekends from 8am to 4pm.

He has advanced Parkinson''s disease and needs support with moving around the house and doing household work.

He loves to be as independent as possible, asking for help when needed.

He loves to be in the garden or in his garage mending things.

He loves to go bowling, play pool, go to restaurants, play with his grandchildren and visit with friends.

He sometimes walks with a cane and sometimes rides a small electric scooter.

He typically needs support with daily tasks such as meal preparation, light house work, hygiene and other chores.

He is very friendly and enjoys chatting and socializing.

The ideal candidate for the job is enthusiastic and outgoing, likes to help while supporting my dad to live as independently as possible, and likes to have fun.

Having a driver''s licence is a excellent bonus.
