Your main focus will be on relational recruitment, effective outreach, and timely follow-up with various stakeholders, including churches and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate relationships with prospective students and churches
• Guide applicants through the admissions inquiry process
• Collaborate effectively with academic and administrative teams




• Conduct outreach for MB Seminary’s education programs
• Follow-up with applicants to support their journey

Requirements:
• Experience in recruitment or related fields
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with MB Seminary’s educational mission
• Affirmation of Mennonite Brethren Churches’ Confession of Faith
• Part-time availability to meet recruitment goals
