Duties

- Perform tire inspections to identify wear, damage, or punctures, ensuring safety standards are met
- Remove and replace tires using hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely
- Balance tires to ensure smooth vehicle operation and optimal performance
- work together as a team and by yourself.
- Assist customers by explaining tire options, maintenance recommendations, and upselling relevant products or services
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Support the team with general automotive repair tasks when required, leveraging mechanical knowledge and experience




- Perform different tasks such as service calls.

Qualifications

- Previous dealership or automotive repair experience preferred but not required; a strong desire to learn is valued
- Mechanical knowledge with familiarity using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
- Experience working with heavy lifting equipment or performing physically demanding tasks
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and repairs is advantageous
- Willingness to learn new skills related to tire installation, balancing. techniques.
