Responsibilities

- Perform tire inspections to identify damage, wear, and proper inflation levels
- Mount, dismount, balance, and replace tires using hand tools and power tools
- Conduct wheel alignments and basic vehicle maintenance as needed
- Assist customers by explaining tire options and recommending suitable solutions
- Use heavy lifting techniques to handle tires safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools are properly stored after use




- Support sales efforts by promoting tire packages and maintenance services to customers

Requirements

- Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and tire technology required
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment necessary
- Ability to lift heavy tires repeatedly throughout the shift safely
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Experience with sales or upselling automotive products is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
