Changes made to hours of work will follow the terms of the applicable collective agreement, company policy and/or legislation.

Provides subject matter expertise and best practice advice in compensation by leading the development, implementation, and oversight of compensation programs for non-union roles, to ensure compensation programs are aligned with applicable legislation,



internal policy, and PRHC’s organizational strategy.

Partners and consults with leaders and HR by gathering and analyzing information and making recommendations to recommend solutions that address evolving compensation needs, mitigate risks, and support business objectives.

Undergraduate degree in HR or related field.

Three years of related experience in Human Resources compensation/classification within a unionized or public sector environment, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Ability to use computer systems such as spreadsheets, Word, database software, and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).

Demonstrated organization and planning skills.
